User terms and purchase policy

Contracting operator: Amanovations International — Lagos, Ojo Nigeria. Effective date: 20 October 2026. These terms apply to the features actually enabled for your account.

Eligibility and account security

Provide accurate information, use your own authorised account and keep passwords, authenticator codes and collection credentials private. Accounts require the supported authenticator-app-based multi-factor setup. Children under 13 must use the service under a parent or legal guardian’s guidance through the adult’s account; independent child accounts are not permitted. Additional age and legal-capacity requirements apply where required by law.

Orders and collection only

MallPlot offers collection at its designated service points. MallPlot does not offer delivery. Review the product description, price, selected collection location, return period and any written warranty before placing an order. Displayed prices are subject to availability and order confirmation. Live payments and order confirmation are available only where explicitly enabled.

Collection is subject to security checks, including verification of the order, authorised collector and valid collection credential. Staff may pause release where a credential is invalid, previously used or inconsistent with the order. Contact support to resolve the issue. Never share a collection credential publicly. Special collection deadlines or delegated collection procedures must be shown before purchase if they apply.

Returns and warranties

The return period and applicable policy shown before purchase form part of that order’s terms. The current backend measures an order’s configured return period from verified collection. Report defects, wrong items or other problems promptly through the available returns/support channel, describing the order and issue.

Where an item has a voluntary manufacturer or seller guarantee specifying replacement-only service, claims under that guarantee are handled by replacement in accordance with its disclosed scope, duration and exclusions. A change-of-mind refund is not promised by that guarantee. This rule does not exclude mandatory consumer rights or remedies, including a refund, repair or replacement where applicable law requires one. No seller may hide mandatory rights behind a warranty label.

Disputes and unresolved returns can pause the release of the related sale proceeds. Statutory claims may remain available after a platform return window expires.

Conduct, restrictions and bans

Do not use MallPlot for fraud, unlawful goods, misleading listings, credential misuse, harassment or attempts to evade security and stock controls. MallPlot may restrict, suspend or permanently ban an account where reasonably necessary for these reasons or repeated serious violations. A permanent ban may remain in place if an administrative review upholds it; reinstatement is not guaranteed.

Where appropriate, MallPlot should explain the restriction and accept review requests at support@mallplot.com, except where disclosure would compromise security, an investigation or a legal obligation. A restriction does not erase valid consumer claims or permit unlawful withholding of funds.

Promotional communications

MallPlot may invite you to receive advertising, offers and promotional messages from MallPlot or its identified partners in connection with your response to adverts or use of mallplot.com. Communications remain subject to the privacy policy, applicable consent requirements and your marketing choices. You may opt out of optional marketing. Website access alone is not blanket permission for direct messages or partner contact.

Support and legal rights

Contact support@mallplot.com with your order reference and the issue. Do not send passwords, full payment credentials or authenticator codes. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable mandatory law continues to govern your rights and available complaint or dispute remedies. Material changes apply prospectively and must not silently rewrite the terms recorded for an existing order.
